Ceramic pigment

Ceramic pigments are commonly known as pigments used on ceramics, including glazes, Underglaze, and glazes and creams colored pigments. In the ceramic production process, these pigments need to  resist different temperatures of calcination, pigment with the different usage need different requirements.

Underglaze pigments need to be resist high temperature (above 1300 ℃ ) calcination, need higher stability, but has less variety, the earliest use of blue and white, glaze red, in recent years has red, yellow, green-blue, green, black , Gray, brown and so on. Glaze pigment just need to resist the temperature 600 ~ 800 ℃, so they have a wide variety, rich colors. In addition, as a glaze decorated there is liquid pigments, such as gold water, which is the made by metal and organic synthesis of vulcanized balm, coupled with organic solvents. After the 70s and made high temperature fast burning pigments (glaze color),which can resist temperature 1100 ~ 1260 ℃, burning time 35 to 120 minutes, the color is also more abundant.

We offer colorful glazes for our customers.Resist Temperature more than 1250 degrees.
